You need to have your brakes serviced and the suspension checked by your mechanic on a regular schedule to keep your vehicle safe to drive. – Pack an Emergency Kit: It is always wise to have an emergency kit in your vehicle anytime you’re traveling. This should have a blanket, flashlight, jumper cables, water and food. A bonus if you have some orange cones in your kit that can alert other drivers that you’re stranded on the side of the road so they don’t hit you.
